It's a single-use gift card code loaded with a fixed value matching the Claude plan you bought — Claude Pro, or Claude Max (5× or 20×). You redeem the code directly on claude.ai against your own Claude account. It is not a bank card and it is not reusable once its value is redeemed.

Do I need my own Claude account to use a gift card?

Yes. We never sell or share Claude accounts. You create and control your own Anthropic account and simply redeem the gift card against it. This keeps your account, your billing history, and your data entirely under your control.

How do I receive the gift card — email or link?

Accepted Answer

You choose at checkout. Email delivery sends the code directly to your inbox. A shareable link lets you open, save, or forward the redemption page yourself — useful if you're buying it as an actual gift for someone else.

What if claude.ai won't accept the gift card code?

This is rare but can happen if a code has already been redeemed or the redemption window has passed. If your gift card is declined, contact support@claudecrypto.net with your order ID — we will verify the code's status and issue a replacement or refund if the card itself is faulty and has not been redeemed.

Are crypto payments refundable if I change my mind?

No. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design, so once a payment is confirmed on-chain we cannot reverse it and cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. No. CryptoAI Gifts is an independent reseller of gift cards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, the maker of Claude. "Claude" is used here only to describe what our gift cards can be redeemed for.

Can I reuse a gift card for more than one month of Claude?

No. Each gift card is sized and issued for a single billing cycle of the plan you purchased (for example, one month of Claude Pro). Once redeemed, the code is spent. To renew your subscription for another month, buy a new gift card.

What happens to the price if Anthropic changes its Claude subscription pricing?

We price our gift cards against Anthropic's current published subscription prices at the time of your order. We do not control Anthropic's pricing and cannot guarantee it will stay the same in future months — if Anthropic raises or lowers prices, the face value needed for a full month may change on your next purchase.
