What we collect

To deliver your gift card, we collect the email address you enter at checkout (for email delivery), the order details (plan selected, price, cryptocurrency and network used), and the public blockchain transaction identifier for your payment. We do not ask for your name, home address, government ID, or bank account details to complete an order.

Why we collect it

Your email is used solely to deliver your gift card, send order confirmations, and respond if you contact support. Order and transaction details are kept so we can verify payment, investigate delivery issues, and process any eligible refund under our Refund Policy.

Blockchain data

Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on public blockchains that we do not control and cannot alter. The wallet address you pay from and the transaction itself are publicly visible on-chain independent of anything we do; we only store the transaction ID needed to match your payment to your order.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the business — for example, email delivery and gift-card-issuing partners — and only to the extent needed to fulfil your order.

How long we keep data

We retain order and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about an order, request a correction, or request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address used on your order, and reference your order ID.
