1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of claudecrypto.net and any purchase of a gift card from CryptoAI Gifts, operated by CRYPTO SOLUTIONS LIMITED · BRN 73581286 · Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367–375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we sell

We sell single-use gift cards loaded with a fixed value, priced to cover one billing cycle of a specific Claude subscription plan (Pro, or Max 5×/20×) at Anthropic's published rate at the time of your order. A gift card is a redemption instrument only. We do not sell, share, resell, or have any access to Claude or Anthropic accounts. You must create and maintain your own Anthropic account and redeem the gift card directly on claude.ai.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to hold and transact with cryptocurrency, to place an order. You are responsible for confirming that purchasing and redeeming a gift card, and holding or spending cryptocurrency, is lawful where you live.

4. Crypto payments are final and irreversible

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), USD Coin (USDC), and Litecoin (LTC). Cryptocurrency transactions confirm on public blockchains and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or recalled by us once confirmed. Double-check the coin, network, and address before sending payment — funds sent to the wrong network or address cannot be recovered. By paying, you accept that the transaction is final, subject to the limited refund rights described in our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

Once your payment receives sufficient network confirmations, we generate your gift card and deliver it by email or as a shareable link, according to the delivery option you selected at checkout, typically within minutes. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address (if chosen) and checking your spam or junk folder. Delivery times can occasionally be longer during network congestion or manual review of unusual orders.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use our service to launder funds, evade sanctions, commit fraud or chargeback abuse, resell gift cards as if they were issued by Anthropic or any bank, or misrepresent CryptoAI Gifts as an official Anthropic product or partner. We may refuse, delay, or cancel any order we reasonably suspect involves prohibited activity, and may require additional verification before delivery.

7. No affiliation with Anthropic

CryptoAI Gifts is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" is used on this site solely to describe what our gift cards can be redeemed for. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, Anthropic's product availability, features, pricing, or account policies, now or in the future.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoAI Gifts and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a gift card, including but not limited to a code being rejected by a third-party redemption system, changes to Anthropic's pricing or subscription terms, or loss of value from crypto price movements between order and delivery. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
