Refund Policy

Crypto payments are final
Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain, we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds after a payment has been received. Please double-check the plan, the cryptocurrency, and the network before sending payment.
When a refund or re-issue applies
We will refund or re-issue an order in these specific cases:
- Your payment was confirmed on-chain but no gift card was delivered within 24 hours.
- The gift card you received is invalid, already redeemed, or is rejected by claude.ai through no fault of your own, and this is confirmed before the card's value has been redeemed.
- You were charged for an order that our system failed to process (a duplicate or erroneous charge).
In these cases, we will either re-issue a working gift card of the same value or refund your payment in the original cryptocurrency, at your choice, once we've verified the issue.
What isn't covered
We cannot refund a gift card that has already been redeemed or partially used on claude.ai, orders where you provided an incorrect email address, sending funds on the wrong network or to the wrong address, or a change of mind after a valid gift card has been delivered. We also cannot control or guarantee Anthropic's own account, billing, or refund decisions once you've redeemed the gift card.
Refund window
Refund and re-issue requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order date. Requests made after this window will be reviewed at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID, the wallet or transaction ID you paid from, and a description of the issue. We reply within 24 hours and resolve most eligible requests within 2–3 business days.
