How to Buy Claude Pro with Crypto (BTC, USDT, and More)

Anthropic’s own checkout for Claude Pro only accepts standard debit and credit cards — there’s no native option to pay directly with Bitcoin, Ethereum, or stablecoins on claude.ai. If you’d rather not put a personal card on file, or you simply hold most of your funds in crypto, the practical workaround is a gift card loaded with exactly the value of a month of Claude Pro. You buy the gift card with crypto, then redeem the code on Anthropic’s own site, under your own account.

Here’s how the whole process works.

Why buy Claude Pro with crypto in the first place

There are a few common reasons people look for a crypto path to Claude Pro:

No card on file. Some users simply prefer not to attach a recurring credit card to another subscription service.
Crypto-native finances. If most of your funds already sit in BTC, ETH, or stablecoins, converting through an exchange and then paying with a traditional card adds friction and sometimes fees.
Geographic or banking limitations. Not everyone has straightforward access to a card that Anthropic’s billing system will accept.

Whatever your reason, the mechanism is the same: a gift card that carries a fixed value matching one month of Claude Pro, purchased with crypto and redeemed on your own account.

Step 1: Pick Claude Pro (and confirm it’s the right tier)

Claude Pro is Anthropic’s mid-tier subscription, aimed at individual users who want higher usage limits and access to Claude’s more capable models than the free tier offers. Step 2: Buy a Claude Pro gift card with crypto

On our checkout page, select the Claude Pro gift card, then choose your payment method. We currently support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT on both TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks, USD Coin (USDC), and Litecoin (LTC). Three things worth double-checking before you send anything:

Get the network right. USDT on TRC-20 and USDT on ERC-20 are different networks entirely — sending on the wrong one can delay your order or, worst case, lose the transfer. The checkout page shows the correct network for whichever coin you pick.
Send the exact amount shown. Crypto prices fluctuate, so checkout locks in a price and matching crypto amount for a limited window. Sending a different amount can complicate matching your payment to your order.
Pick your delivery method. Choose email delivery for the code to land in your inbox, or a shareable link if you’d rather retrieve it yourself or pass it along as an actual gift.

Step 3: Wait for on-chain confirmation

Once you’ve broadcast the payment, our system monitors the blockchain for the first confirmation, which usually takes a few minutes up to about half an hour depending on network conditions. There’s nothing further to do during this window — just watch your inbox or the link you were given.

Step 4: Receive your gift card code

As soon as your payment confirms, the gift card code is generated and delivered via whichever method you chose at checkout. It’s a straightforward alphanumeric code, not a bank card — there’s no card number, expiry, or CVV involved.

Step 5: Redeem it on your own Claude account

Log into (or create) your own account at claude.ai, go to your account’s billing or plan settings, and enter the redemption code exactly as it appears. Important: you always redeem on your own Anthropic account. We never ask for your Claude login, and we never sell or share accounts — only gift cards that you redeem yourself.
